What kinds of photos can I send?
Loose, unmounted printed photos from 3 × 3 to 5 × 7 inches. Please remove them from albums and frames before packing. We don’t digitize slides, negatives, film, tapes, or documents. Email us before sending fragile, stuck, or damaged prints.
Will I get all of my original photos back?
Yes. Your original prints are returned with your completed USB drive and any extra drive you ordered. If you send something we cannot safely scan, we’ll contact you and return it rather than force it through the process.
Is all the shipping really included?
Yes. Your price includes the empty kit sent to you, the prepaid label to send your photos to us, and the return shipment of your originals and completed media. US addresses only. Your kit is expected to ship within 5 business days.
How do I view my digital photos?
Your photos arrive as JPEG files on a USB-A flash drive. Plug it into a compatible computer to browse your pictures, make copies, or share them with family. Some devices require a USB adapter.
Can I order an extra USB drive?
Yes. Your package total includes your first USB drive at $25. On the checkout page, you can add up to 3 extra drives with the same photo files for $15 each. All drives ship together with your originals.
How long does it take?
Processing is estimated at 4–6 weeks after your photographs arrive with us, plus shipping time. We’ll let you know when they arrive and when the completed order ships. If a material delay occurs, we’ll contact you with an updated estimate and available options.
What if I send fewer or more photos?
Each package covers up to its stated count. Sending fewer photos doesn’t change the fixed package price. If you send extras, we’ll ask before charging for an upgrade. Unprocessed extras will come home with your originals.
